What happens if I go on vacation, get sick, or travel during my subscription - do I lose sessions?
We fully understand that periods may arise where training isn't possible. Unused sessions are saved as a clip card, allowing you to catch up later. PT sessions cancelled at least 48 hours before the scheduled time are always credited back.
How does a consultation work?
A consultation should feel safe, calm, and non-committal - and is currently free. We spend about 50 minutes: approximately 30 min conversation about goals, experience, routines, and any challenges, followed by a simple screening with basic exercises.
When is the gym available for free training?
Currently, the gym is open for free training on Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays, and Saturdays (all day). We also share updates in our private Facebook group.
What does a training plan look like?
We use a training app where you get access to your personal workout sessions. You'll receive thorough training on the app with your PT, so you feel confident about exercises, structure, and progression.
What is a typical customer like?
Our customer base is very varied - customers from 12-75 years old, many shift workers (healthcare/offshore), about 50% want weight loss, 30% want to learn strength training from scratch, and 20% have specific goals like rehabilitation or physical tests.
