2. Data We Collect
Contact Forms
When you submit a consultation, contact, or DUO Start form, we collect: name, email, phone number, and any message content. This data is used solely to respond to your inquiry.
Course Signups
If you register interest in a course, we additionally store your age, who you are signing up with, and which timeslots you selected. This is used to assemble course groups and to contact you about the start date. It is stored in our content system (Sanity) and is accessible only to us through a password-protected login.
Cookies
We use the following categories of cookies:
- Necessary: Stores your consent preference. No personal data is sent to third parties.
- Analytics: Google Analytics 4 and Vercel Analytics — used to understand how the website is used. Data is anonymized.
- Marketing: Facebook Pixel — used to measure the effectiveness of our advertising on Facebook/Instagram.

3. Legal Basis
Processing of personal data via contact forms is based on your consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)). Analytics and marketing cookies are only loaded after your explicit consent.
4. Your Rights
You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, and data portability. Contact us at post@stangeprivatgym.no to exercise your rights.
5. Retention
Personal data from contact forms is deleted once the inquiry is resolved and there is no further need for storage. Course signups are deleted no later than 12 months after the course ends. Cookie consent data is retained for 12 months.
6. Third Parties
We do not share personal data with third parties beyond the analytics tools described above, and only when you have given consent. We use Sanity as data processor for storing course signups, and Brevo for sending email notifications.
7. Complaints
You may file a complaint with the Norwegian Data Protection Authority (Datatilsynet) if you believe we process personal data in violation of applicable regulations: datatilsynet.no
